"My name is Ava South, Class of 2026. I like to describe myself as a small-town girl with big dreams, and golf has been my way of pursuing those dreams. I have faced many obstacles along the way, and there have always been people who doubted whether I could make it. But overcoming those doubts has shaped me into a fierce competitor who thrives under pressure.
It has been just me and my mom, and we have fought hard to get where we are today. She has sacrificed so much for me, and I am determined to use my love for golf to build a future for myself and honor everything she has done. I am unwavering in challenging situations because I have been through plenty of them in life. My journey has made me humble yet incredibly driven to prove the doubters wrong.
What sets me apart is not just my game but my mindset. I am coachable, loyal, and always ready to work. I want to be part of a team that values hard work and will allow me to contribute to its success. The job is not finished yet—I have big goals, and I know that being part of your team will help me achieve them."
